Vitamin Sea (and D)

Beautiful day in Ireland today.

After spending 3 days at my mother’s bedside where she was very ill indeed with lung infection, she has rallied a bit. She is still unwell but much improved

#It’s hard to put a Dublin woman down.

I came for a dip with my friends and it was a very nice experience. My friend snapped this of me. I am very tired and wiped out but the cold water and the power of nature lifts my spirits immediately.

Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the death of Zdzislaw Beksinski. A most interesting artist but not well known. If you have a moment, read about him here …
