Parkrun

Saturday is parkrun day…decided to pace the chap in red who is coming back from injury… he wanted 23 mins… got him home in 22:45 so he was happy
Meanwhile also photographer duty taking photos as I go along .. quite a task sorting them out post run.. usually circa 200 pics and I try to pick out and edit the best ones
