British Library

Day out at the British Library seeing exhibitions of Medieval Women and the Mogao Caves on the Silk Road.
Really interesting but very crowded. Although the Medieval Women was excellent, I felt more inspired by the caves for some reason. They found over 700 caves around 1900, full of artworks in shrines to the gods, going back to 5-11 th centuries. Amazing!
