Back blip

Forgot to post this yesterday.
When I was out collecting recycling that had accumulated in my front garden due to the winds I saw the crowns of rhubarb I had divided last November popping up :-)
Had an extremely quiet restful day having decided that since my temperature wasn't below 38.5 unless I took paracetamol, muscles all over my body were hurting that I wasn't going to be stupid and try and race this weekend.
Dina and I are joint top of the leaderboard, and to be honest even if I was feeling 100% I know I couldn't run any faster, so if some of the big shots in canicross turn up this weekend we will be knocked off the top. But it's not worth risking my health.
Anyway dosed myself up met my friend in Cardinham walked the dogs and enjoyed a chat and a coffee. Also chatted about the Tesco job (she works there) and she is of the same option that I have come to, to withdraw my application.
In a way I want to know if they will offer me the job (as I have never not been offered a job if I got an interview) but heyho life goes on
