Bert & Bruce

"Hey Bert. There's some nice munching grass back there and ... oooh! Look out! There's a hooman."
"Take it steady Bruce. He looks pretty harmless and he IS wearing one o' them silly hats. JUST DON'T MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVES. Okay?"
"What do you reckon we just dart down this track to the left."
"Yeah. The hooman looks far too old and fat to follow."

These two arrived out of nowhere, one at a time. Amusingly they both, in turn, pulled up short and just stared at me for a bit as if not sure what to do. Without making too much fuss, I just had time to shoot off one frame before they headed to the right. The settings were all wrong, the light was all wrong and it's all sorta blurry ... but you get the idea.

I did catch one more frame of Bert half way down the escape route where he looks like he's (how shall I put this delicately) ... taking a leak.
