My very sore muscle has got worse so I got an appointment for some treatment this morning. Unfortunately it’s still as sore this evening. After that I did some recycling at the recycling place. Then a quick visit to C and N. They agreed to walk round at 1230 and we all went to the park. W came too. Teg was like a crazy mad thing. W enjoyed throwing the ball for him. Then S and C arrived with Rusty the puppy. It was a great meet up. I returned home and walked round Longridge doing a few chores. just enjoyed Death in Paradise.
