Forecast Said Sunny Spells...

More fool me for trusting it.

On our walk today Hollie and I got 'backward drenched' and after a miserable mile we turned for home and then luxuriated in a 'forward drenching'

I cannot quite remember such a soul destroying trudge.  I was so happy to get back home, clean and dry Hollie, then clean and dry me, then wash and dry all my clothes.

Never has a cosy house and a hot cup of tea been so welcome, and savoured.

A good weather day is forecast for tomorrow....I hope my waterproof coat is dry in time...
