A Special Brunch

We met Jill and her daughter Lexie this morning for a very special brunch and catch up.  They were here from Canada for just a week, and have had a very busy time so it was nice that they fitted us in.  We met Lexie for the first time, she is a student at Guelph University, and we will see Jill again in a few weeks as she is coming back over with her dad to visit her twin sister who lives in Burnside.  The chat was nonstop and lively and we really enjoyed meeting up.  

We had our food shopping to do and the girls were heading into the city for a last look around as they leave for Toronto tomorrow, so we parted company and we headed back to EK and shopping.

When we got home again E was almost finished our bathroom refurbishment, and we are well pleased with it.  I just have to put everything back in place now.  Look forward to a shower in our new cabinet tomorrow morning.
