Finally! 
After over 11 months we have been told we are to have a new heating system installed! 


We still have to wait to hear when, but it is a step closer thank goodness.


It isn't much fun having to boil a kettle every time we need hot water!


Of course, it would have nothing to do with us putting in the Official Complaint (see yesterday's blip) would it? No .... I'm being too cynical!
