Granny

Granny came to the hospital to keep us busy today and we had a lovely time.

Chemotherapy starts tomorrow. Important blood test in the morning, and chemo will be afterwards. Tbh it is a bit of an anti-climax, being just another drug in a drip, but of course with it comes the rest - side effects, possible pain and nausea, and of course he will lose his hair in about 2 weeks.

Still can't quite believe we're living through this. It's something that happens to Other People.
