Windsor castle

Had a day out in Windsor …. Gosh the town is a mess , like many many high streets in the uk . Poor displaced people sleeping in doorways ( so many of them ) shops empty and some boarded up . This must be how people view our town when they visit . I last went to Windsor about 3 years ago and I remember being sad about the town then but I put it down to Covid era .
It’s not just Windsor though is it , it’s everywhere …
I also paid £25 to park near the castle because we had someone with us who can’t walk far at the moment… £25 for 6 hours parking … I pay that in prepaid parking for 24 hours in London ! Ahhhh well we did have a good laugh and we got rained on .
