Strike

Tempelhof airfield is still like a winter prairie, but the weather is getting warmer. Unfortunately I won't get the run there that I'd hoped for, as I'm just too busy. Today there were more dealings with the very big tech company. 

Last night a bus, tram and U-Bahn strike began, so I had to get in by S-Bahn. It was busier than usual, but actually quicker than the route I've used before. In work I completed the feature required by the very big tech company, and И worked on the solver. At lunch we went to a nearby simple, small Syrian restaurant, where we had tasty stews with rice and mango lassis. 

After finishing the feature, I took time to talk with И about her work, before continuing with the funding bid that must be in by Saturday. И and I were the last to leave, so we are together at the same restaurant as last night. We were both very tired so, after a week spent being sociable in the company of others, it was good to be just ourselves and have the chance to discuss the week's events and characters.
