Notes: Slept a bit better, got up around 7a. Did the 30 min qigong and 30 min stretching yoga. Slow morning and then later did some work for ACtS for several hours. Was warming up some tea and put my glass mug on the mini hot plate on "1" and it still broke the bottom of the glass off! This was my view most of the day and had "Leave it to Beaver" on in the background! Watched a bunch of Kerry K vids then on ascension, the pole shift and more - great info! Heated some leftovers from the fridge & freezer and then ventured to take the Recycling bin around from the back - so freaking cold (the windchills are quite low!). Skipped the shower and just watched some shows in the evening.
