Autoroute..

… from Dunkerque to Rheims, just before sunset and in a rain shower.

It’s been a long day but we never mind this mode of travel. We sit, enjoy the scenery and the driving is taken care of. This time we have two drivers so can also be served hot and cold drinks along the way.

We’re heading for Austria and a return to a wonderful holiday destination we loved back in 2017. Looking forward to a trip up the mountains by train and a sleigh ride. Just two of the things we’ll enjoy.

A very nice Novotel for our overnight stop in Rheims and on into Germany tomorrow, arriving in Austria early afternoon. Hoping for snow!!
