"Smoking in the rain"......

This has been a strange Monday. I was up early and off to the Park ......20 metres up the road I realised that my bike had a puncture. So, back home, transfer everything to my "for-friends" bike. I was cycling down Chestnut Avenue when the heavens opened. I rode as fast as I could to the nearest big tree - wonderful - this kept me and my equipment bone dry! Once the rain eased I was off to take my Blip for the day. But, it was another of those days when every shot was worthy only of deleting.
Then followed a whole host of chores and activities which kept me indoors - I have to admit to spending some time adding Back Blips to my Journal. Many thanks to all of you who so kindly commented.
Later this afternoon, as I was about to set off for a Blip session, the rain came down again......in stair rods.
However, my eventual Blip for today speaks for itself and demonstrates what a meanie I am.
