Good-luck Fairy

Good-luck fairy was to bought to replace school-made, doily-skirted, biro-faced fairy which has adorned our Xmas tree for 30 years. However GLF just didn't look right and so was hung in the top hall. That was almost 3 years ago and she's still there; I'm sure you can see the cobwebs, (I'm not a very keen housewife). To begin with she gave me a bit of a fright as I came up the stairs, but now I think of her as a bit like the Christ the Redeemer Statue overlooking Rio de Janiero, watching over our family.
