Welcome back Katharine

I have a small patch of iris reticulata Katharine Hodgkin which gives some very welcome winter colour and I've been looking out of it for some time.  According to my blip records, it is a little later than last year.  In peering out to the dampness of a stormy, wet day I noticed it was starting to unfurl so that determined the blip.  I hope there will be another one when the unfurling is complete.  Apparently Katharine Hodgkin was a botanical illustrator way back.  She lives on.
