Shit for brains.

I like dogs, some of my best friends own dogs. I approve of the anti fouling laws in the UK . So why do a certain type of dog owner think that it's find to put their dog shit into a plastic bag and then throw it in to a tree or a flower bed where it just sits there forever- no chance of decomposing then eh ? Oh well done!
Are these people thicker than the stuff they put in the bags or just frickin' stupid? Or both? Grrrr
