Puddings

Granny's favourite activity with the children is baking so here are my two lovely children making trifle for tea with her help. Then, as the cornflakes are always rejected from the variety pack of cereal, J suggested making the cornflake pudding he likes at school. So after a quick google we had a recipe to match his description. Pastry, jam and a treacly cornflake topping, sounds good, looks good and I'm sure it will taste good. Not something I remember having at school though; my favourite pudding was the crème caramel or 'wibbly wobbly's' as the lovely lady that always served the puddings called them.
