Rooms without a view

Over the last few years the developers built a shiny building with lots of windows (on the right). Now developers are building something else (left). I wonder if anyone looks at a plan and thinks "perhaps this isn't such a good idea".

Chemo day again. Lots of customers. Nurses very busy. As a result there were delays. When I finally arrived at the station the noticeboard said my train was usually "standing room only". Not good news. When the train arrived, there was plenty of seating - result!
