Calls, Calls, Calls

5AM rise
9AM 2 hrs morning walk in the cold talking to Aleksandra. It was great to catch up with her adventures!
11:30 am Michelle 
13:30 Sixy

Then I had an hour to pack the parcel for Runi before heading into a lovely zoom with Lazara.
Another 2 hours catching up.

It was all lovely - but I was tried and hungry.
Started cooking dinner for us and we had it unfortunately later than I had planned.
Not much couch time for me.

Went to bed with my evening practice at 10 pm .....
