Something different

Went into work this morning to make up the 3 hours I didn't work on Monday. Took the dogs with me so that they could meet a few friends at work and walk somewhere different on the way home.
Keely seemed happy to jump out of the van to say hello until she realised she didn't know any of them so let her get back in the van and got Dina out. She was a little star, she interacted with my friends, didn't jump up, sat and had her hair done by one of the "service users" (a client with learning difficulties who was passing and loves dogs). I was so surprised as she's normally so energetic, beginning to wonder if she could be a PAT dog :-))
On the way home walked in Halvanna plantation, there were several of these rocks balanced amongst the trees, happened upon the guy who was balancing them. He said he thought perhaps he should get something more interesting in his life but it made him happy, I told him I enjoyed his work.
This afternoon met my friend for a coffee and chat in wadebridge, new place for me and the cake was delicious
