Millionaire shortbread

The weather was on the change today.  It was cold and dry first thing but slightly less cold and wet by lunchtime.  We walked down to the prom and let Lottie have some fun in the playground while it was still dry.  As the rain came in we retreated to Thyme Out for coffee and cherry scones, however Lottie fancied this enormous slab of millionaire shortbread.  She ate half of it and we brought the rest back home for her to finish later.
