Rosebery

As I was driving to Edgelaw for Arlo's walk, I spotted a possible alternative on the way...  I didn't quite know where the track led but decided to give it a go. The track became quite overgrown and my coat got caught in some jaggy branches a few times... almost decided to give up. Then it opened up to a lot of fallen trees but we zig-zagged through them, I was almost about to turn around until I checked google maps and I noticed we were close to the (recently named Gulf of) Rosebery reservoir, so kept going. I'm glad I did! I've only ever seen Rosebery from one side, this time I could see most of it towards the Moorfoots. I hope the lonely swan does have a partner somewhere. The walk back was easier, which was a relief!
