The Great Gorilla Project is celebrating the 90th birthday of Paignton Zoo Environmental Park. For 10 weeks from today life-size gorilla sculptures will inhabit the streets of Torbay and Exeter, highlighting the significant conservation threat facing wild gorillas and how the local business community can make a difference. The project is a mix of art, education, conservation and public engagement. The funds raised will be used by Paignton Zoo to support gorilla and conservation projects and a local community project.”
