Boats

I have been off today. I had a plan to meet up with a friend, but she unfortunately had a family medical emergency, so had to cancel. I therefore had a day with no plans.

It’s flaked with snow all day, but it didn’t lie. I went out for a run. I went a different route today, and it was all good, until the track became horribly wet and muddy. It was hideous. I was relieved to get back onto hard ground.

After a few chores I drove to Dunbar. I wanted to go to a couple of shops, but they were closed, so I went for a walk by the harbour and along the cliff path. It was freezing, and I was glad to get back to the car.

Later there were more chores and then I made tea. I finished watching Bad Sisters, then watched a bit of Amandaland.

The boats in the harbour brightened up a very grey day.
