HMS Belfast

Train to London today for a couple of days in London. We spent 3 hours on HMS Belfast exploring every part we could find. We had planned to take a river boat and then go to the Churchill War rooms, but it was getting late in the day. Came back to the HAC, spent over an hour in the drum room reading - the archivist also spent half an hour giving a private tour of some of the gems hidden in her office.

Dinner at Cote brasserie - very nice - and kids eat free!

Imperial war museum tomorrow, then I'll be done on all things war related - the husband- who is working - is far more interested in all this. But the boys love it.
