A little walk

Waiting to hear from Boots re my prescription - they got the prescription on Friday and yesterday when I rang them they said it would be ready sometime on Wednesday. Maybe I am a moaning old biddy but that is not what I call a good service - not even a reasonable one! I said I was not happy re the wait as it's a new medication and I am having it reviewed at my GP surgery next week - to see how I've been on it! They said they'd get it me for later yesterday and text me when it was ready.
I got no text till mid morning today. Now I can't start it anyway as I am out driving and walking tomorrow and the medication has the potential to make me feel dizzy, nauseous and give me headaches so I don't think it's a good idea to start it just before a drive on the M57.
I will start it after my day out.
Decided to get my car washed today so left it at Tesco car wash and walked over the Steve Prescott Bridge into town. The sun was shining but the wind was icy and chilled you to the bone. Bought a couple of used books from the charity shop and some hotpots for our lunch. Trotted back to collect my car and on the way I got the text from Boots so that was good as Boots is only across the linkway from Tesco.
Had a nap this afternoon because I didn't sleep well last night - was awake and having to get out of bed frequently due to cramp. I put some socks on as the cramp was in my toes mainly which seemed to work for my feet except that then I got cramps in my legs!
If someone could find an instant cure for cramp they would make a fortune.
