One Almond Tree

This lone almond tree is blossoming its heart out! All the other trees around it are olives and it is determined to hold its own. The buds are almost all open and in a few days time it will be full of bees.

I have been weeding most of today and am nicely knackered. We do not use herbicides and consequently, especially when the rains have been abundant, weeds are prolific too. It has been a bit cooler and overcast today with rain forecast tonight.
