Influenced

You can see by my main that recently seeing The  Brutalist at the cinema has made an impact on me.

Verity had to be at registration for 10am so we bought her plenty of food to fuel her throughout the day. 
She was nervous but handled it all well.
After dropping her off Rebecca and l went for coffee and croissant then had a walk around the Bastille area where we are staying.
Unexpectedly Rebecca saw a dress in agnes B ( a favourite shop of hers) but it was slightly too big. The assistant said they could get one in her size in a delivery expected that afternoon. So we went for a coffee and a Paris Brest, my favourite cake. Had that instead of lunch and still couldn’t eat it all. That’s my sweet treat of this trip.
Went back to the shop and the size down fit Rebecca perfectly, so that’s her sorted for Tim and Adele’s wedding in May.
Then she found a necklace and bracelet to match the dress and l bought myself a Perspex bracelet.
Went to a little bar for a glass of wine and waited for Verity to meet us. 
Could tell by her beaming face that she had enjoyed it.

Back at the hotel now to freshen up and go out for dinner.
Have put in a few extras ( for now) of our day.
I really liked the girl in the Olympic ring but it didn’t work in mono, you just had to see the red hat and coat.
