Shy One

She was only there for a couple of minutes. Content to remain on the ground under the feeders, picking up millet seeds dropped by the other birds. This little shy bird is a female Indigo Bunting. According to 'Merlin',  North Central Florida is within the southern part of her breeding range. Hopefully she will find a handsome male Indigo Bunting, settle down and start a family. I was just happy to catch this glimpse of her. m
