He was sitting with his head in the sunny bit, he loves tracking down a nice bit of sunshine. And there was a nice bit today. And noticeably lighter come 5pm- hooray!

Have a plan to swim after work every day this week, it was great doing loads last week so I just need to a force the time in and b actually go. Day 1 a success!

Work re entry was fine. Made easier by it being half term so no Will to organise, move about etc. Not that he needs much but it is noticeably different when he is at home - is this the mental load?
