Happy Birthday

I was in Glasgow at the Pubic Sector Reform Summit (wearing my Chair of the Scottish  Land Commission hat) and walking across George Square (which is currently being refurbished and re-designed) I was both touched and encouraged to see the birthday wreaths still around the statute of Robert Burns.
