Big Brother

Municipal Traffic Officer Lunga, of Knysna, gently reminding us not to speed :). I was astounded to learn that in the USA he would be required to chase a speed offender down in his car before being able to issue a fine. I can barely imagine the effort that would require, let alone the revenue lost to the department.
It has taken me half a century to find out that what you see in the movies can sometimes be real!
