Lucky Day

As Mondays go, this one was quite benign. 

If nothing much happens, it has to be positive. 

I popped into the Polish deli this afternoon to buy bread and was grateful to find a good selection. The shelf can be a little bare on Mondays. Even better - they had a Sarado! One of my favourites.

It is a wheat sourdough bread which also uses wholemeal rye flour. Sublime with a capital "S".
