Tastes nicer than it looks.
Put my morning on my own to good use and made a stew in the slow cooker - now in the freezer for when Mr PC gets out of hospital.
Went to visit this afternoon and just got settled when they came to take him for an endoscopy three hours later they brought him back- good news they found nothing, bad news still not got to the bottom of the bleed.

This weeks mm is ‘ugly’ hope this celeriac meets the challenge.
