Art Deco

I have dug out some belongings that I think should be catalogued for the children.. and also as an excuse for me to revisit and familiarise myself with things I was given years ago and have no real occasion to get them out and use them!!  These really caught my eye.. a little set of coffee spoon from around 1908.. just beautiful but totally impractical these days! Researched and catalogued, stroked and thought about.. and now returned to storage with a digital record. 
It has been gloriously sunny but still around 4C which is chilly. I have loved the sunshine.. my mood lifted hugely.
I even met the horrible developer.. came home after shopping to find I was unable get back to park by the house. He had parked a little wide on his space and the neighbours daughter had basically blocked the way. Fortunately the horrible man was there and cursing slightly under my breath I realised I would have to acknowledge and thank him for moving to allow me in. (He did it reluctantly) I thanked him and expressed my frustration with the selfish and thoughtless behaviour of one person making life difficult for others without caring. He agreed!
He looked very miserable really not his usual bumptious self.. he also said he would be living in the cottage from next week .. perhaps he’s got marital problems….
