Achoo

The slight cold that I had woken up with yesterday appears to have worsened overnight.  I spent the morning in bed reading (Cuddy by Benjamin Myers) before getting up (and dressed) for lunch. 

Lemsips  (or rather  Beechams Cold & Flu Hot Lemon) seem to be helping. 

We watched the first episode of Heimat  last night - it was set in 1989 when the Berlin came down.  Although we had watched it before, it was interesting (re)watching a time of change which took place earlier in your life. Some of the characters were the same age as me and  I was struck by how different their live were.
