Ugly town centre

It is ongoing for many weeks don’t know what they hope to achieve. Another different section outside the library is being prepared for the outside market opening in Spring. The noise and particularly the dust meant it best not to hang around.
The extreme cold wind took me by surprise, I am not yet fit enough to cope with such conditions. It was lovely to have sunshine for most of the day.
