I took a nice pause this afternoon to welcome visitors to the farm, all the way from the UK. Fellow blipper tig.bmp, husband John and son Simon travelled from Greymouth this afternoon to visit Farmerboy and myself and to take a tour of our farm.

As you can imagine, there was a lot of farm talk this afternoon, comparing notes on how different the UK and New Zealand are when it comes to farming. After a cup of tea, a tour of the 'milking parlour', and a drive round the farm, it was time for them to make the return trip back to Greymouth.

So J, J and S, thank you so much for going out of your way to travel to Murchison and visit us on our farm. It was an enjoyable afternoon, and you never know - one day we may just visit you on your farm! Have a safe journey....and enjoy the rest of your time in New Zealand.
