Double Dublin Bay
Walking with the “B” team today and what a grrreat day it was. All my friends were there with Peter (my friend Peter) and Grant (of the mutton fat boots) and the sun shone and it got hot enough for The Boss to take his woolly jersey off and you could be totally forgiven for forgetting it was supposed to still be winter.
I often wish however, that the lovely folk who come out on these walks would try to be slightly better behaved about eating lunch. I mean to bark, there I am sitting (and tied to a local tree or The Boss’s belt) and the people around me make all this noisy fuss getting plastic bags open and unwrapping positively delicious smelling sandies and HORRORS bits of Chocolate cake, even offering the latter to The Boss for tasting and never a thought for ME sitting watching all this and NEVER being offered any samples or anything. Today I was so desperate that I decided to go mining for much needed potential nourishment and just got told to Stop THAT! ‘Cos I was chucking dirt at everyone’s lunch.
Personally I blame The Boss as he has threatened to have serious words with anyone that relents and give me treats and so they don’t. Not at all. Nada. Zippo. Sigh.
The image was a “Mud on the jeans” shot requiring The Boss to get down and dirty with the iPhone and make a lot of noise returning to “up” mode afterwards. Lots of folk in the B team do this. I think it is some sort of secret sign that they all seem to enjoy. Strange tho.
Enjoy without dirty jeans
