One from yesterday

Slave trade, reparations and guilt.  I need to google and read a bit more.

Today was a bit of a sh*t day.  Started with angry words and not even 9.00am - but SIL was expected at 9.30 (hence angry words).  I was not really feeling it and must message to apologise!  She was gone by 11.00 for care home visit (creature of habit) and OH went off to Junct 7 to take back a pair of shoes (Bought him two pairs yesterday and he was only keeping one but ended up coming back with another pair anyway - different colour).  Anyway - I used the break in hostilities to call my sister and then did a re-set when he got back and the day went more smoothly.

OH cooked lunch (7/10 - no aunt bessies and the gravy slightly below par!).  I am going to have another go at cooking yorkshires as Vicky did some a few weeks ago when we went up to see James and they were amazing - she gave me her recipe and think I need a super duper nonstick bun tin).

We finished Prime Target and I still had no idea what was happening and then there was golf and football.......... I took myself off for an early night and that was another day done.

H has arrived in Sierra leone and it seems ok
No.2 was working today - double time so worth it.
James had a weekend with his sisters and seemed ok?
