Return to Porters Pass

Today I went back up to the Pass to have another go at photographing the alpine plants. The conditions were not so good as last time. There was a cool, gusty wind, and heavy, patchy clouds that caused frequent changes between full sunshine and gloom. Still I'm glad I went. The miniature plants are just as beautiful as they were before.

The plants are less than 5cm high. The yellow one is 4cm across. I have not done anything to enhance the colours.
