Less Than Perfect

I don't know what caused the damage to this statue.  It was fine when we left for home last April.  Maybe it was the high winds of one of the bad storms that came through.  Maybe it was caught in a flood and was damaged while floating down the street.  Or maybe someone hit it with a car.
     Anyway...
    
  Whoever did the repair must have been unable to make the arm stay in the correct orientation.
