For Christmas Amelia bought me tickets for the North London Derby. It was proper good fun and my god the Emirates Stadium is a notch up from Highbury!

After that the pub, then a complicated journey across town to Dinah’s: I had said I would come up and cook her a roast, so I did and we had a lovely catch up.

It’s been a wonderful start to the holidays. I learned about how we can increase our baseline happiness from Hannah Fry, she says we just have to tell ourselves, at least daily, that these are the good days, today definitely was.
