Co-habitating oaks.

Leafless trees are eye catching. These two on our very chilly cloudy walk today were interesting in the way that their canopies co-existed to allow both to thrive without depriving the other of the life giving light.

I could not help but think that that spirit of cooperation was much needed by our global leaders at this uncertain time. Some say a chapter has been turned this week. I think that actually a new book has been begun. It could prove to be a very difficult one to read.
