Residence Permit

I don't quite remember why the expiry date of 17.12.2005 of the newest permit issued today was the final one I would need before getting permanent residence status or whether I had been late getting it renewed on 17.12.2000. I suspect the later, although I was around 2005 finally given unlimited permit without the need for a permit at all.

All anyway a bit doubtful as EU citizens had the right to live anywhere in the EU. .
