The outflow

I had a great walk around the Haystoun estate in the sunshine this afternoon.  It is a very popular circular walk and I bumped into a few people I know en route.  Afterwards we went round to our friends Jim and Liz for tea and cake.  The conversation came around to Kefir and Kombucha, carrying on from the discussion we had about these with Alla yesterday.  It turned out that Liz has recently started making her own Kefir so Mark came away with some Kefir grains and will no doubt have his own culture on the go before too long.
