As we walked along the lane this morning I noticed the Wild Plum blossom.is starting to appear.  Another good sign that Spring can't be far away, although it was bitterly cold again (2 degrees) with that cruel easterly wind.   The sun did make a good effort to break through the greyness during the afternoon, but the grey won in the end. 
A lovely surprise catch-up with a friend this afternoon, time flies by when you are busy chatting.
