I'm not quite keeping up with Blip, sorting pics is a bit awkward on the tablet, so this is another backblip.
I went for a run before breakfast which reminded me why I don't usually, it was hard work.
After poached eggs on toast Sis and I went to the Everest exhibition at Rheged which was interesting and I learnt a few new things.
Then lunch and off to my third stop of my break, a running friend whom we found when we met had lived in my village. I had known her a bit but been at school with my sis and they hadn't met for over 40 years. Sis couldn't stay long but she did have a chance to say hello.
